We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2019, Tessa Carter (Center Barnstead, New Hampshire), born in Concord, New Hampshire passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Tessa Carter to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mark Carter and Nicole Hastings; her children, Anna, Paige, Madelyn Holway and Jim Locke; her siblings, Julia Carter, Miranda Carter and Luke Carter; and her grandparents, Randi, Wayne Hastings of Loudon, Bob and Dierdre Carter of Barnstead. She was also cherished by friends, teammates and classmates.
A time of sharing and telling stories will begin at 3:30 P.M. In lieu of flowers, donations in Tessa's memory may be made to help establish a scholarship fund in her name.
