With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Norris Sr. (Center Barnstead, New Hampshire), who passed away on February 5, 2020 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Norris and Dorothy Norris (Gallagher); and his brother Joseph V. Norris. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Norris (Daley) of Center Barnstead; his sons, James R. Norris Jr. (Siobhan) of Strafford, Michael P. Norris of Queens, NY and Brian J. Norris of Center Barnstead; his grandchildren, James R. Norris III of Stafford, Patrick Norris of Stafford and Kayleigh Norris of Stafford; his sister Catherine N. Cotter (Thomas J. Cotter) of Fort Salonga; and his sister-in-law Margaret W. Norris of Greer, SC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations in memory of Jim, may be made to the New Hampshire Veterans Home Activities Fund, 139 Winter Street, Tilton, NH 03276.

“My wife, rev. Dee and i wish to offer our sincere condolence to the family of our brother in arms, jim norris, sr. I actually was the platoon leader of the platoon jim served with in vietnam. We passed in duty assignment for i was assigned in march and he was leaving as i was arriving. However we did attend at least one vietnam reunion in philadelphia.
