He is survived by: his parents, John T. and Anna Parkhurst (Padden); his spouse Lyn (Calderone); his daughter Kerry Parkhurst Auger; his friend Khalil Blanchette of Epsom; his stepson Dirk Schroeder of Manchester; his grandchildren, Brittany, Cody, Ashley, Tyler, Madison and Justin; his great grandchildren, Anthony and Charlotte; his brothers, John Parkhurst (Carol) of Rye and William Parkhurst of New York City; and also, Darcy Parkhurst DiBenedetto (Stephen Walls) of Manchester, Stacy Parkhurst Reynolds and Jamie of Londonderry.
