He is survived by: his parents, Richard "Rick" A. Falk Sr. and Jacqueline "Jackie" Falk (Veilleux); his brother Cody Falk; his pets, Cheech, Koda and Tito; and also Stephanie Champney. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
