He is survived by: his children, Michael Kulikowski, Jr. (Debbie) of Hooksett, Jodi Lambert (Philip) of Bow and Shawn Kulikowski (Becca) of Rye; his grandchildren, Michelle Marchette and Tyler Lambert; and his great grandchild Christopher Marchette.
