It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannette M. Grace of Candia, New Hampshire, born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 17, 2017, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Poukstas and Sonja Poukstas (Rotchatka); and her brother Jonathan Poukstas. She is survived by: her husband James L. Grace III of Candia; her sons, James L. Grace IV of Candia and Connor M. Grace of Candia; and her siblings, Joseph Maynard (Carol) of Deerfield, Jeff Maynard (Roberta) of Burlington, MA and Judy Maynard of Worcester, MA. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
