Fontaine; his children, Mary Trask of Manchester, NH, Joann Mushet (Brian) of Milton, FL, Valorie Fontaine of Crystal River, FL, Leeann Proctor (Terry) of Weare, NH, Theodore Fontaine Jr. (Ruthann) of Manchester, NH and Robert Fontaine (Diana) of Manchester, NH; his grandchildren, Christopher, Nathan Trask, Michael Fontaine and Hannah Dupont; and his siblings, Pauline Menard, Debra Shambo of Florida and Henry A. Connolly Jr. of Brookfield, VT. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
