He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hammond and Evelyn Hammond (Jameson); his wife Sylvia; and his siblings, Don, Verne and Sue.
He is survived by: his brothers, Rouse, Gleason and Hemingway; his children, Patricia Collins (Tiny) and Dale Hammond (Candy); his grandchildren, Princess Goldey (Mark), Precious Burke and Dallas Hammond (Savanna); his great grandchildren, Stetson, Sterling and Hadley; his siblings, Phillip Hammond (Marian), Carolyn Macie (Steve), Edward Hammond (Sharon) and Doug Hammond; his sister-in-law Sylvia Pinard; and also, Mark and Arlene Marsh.
