He is survived by: his wife Angela; his pets, Winnie and Kopi; his stepson Raymond Smith; his sister-in-law Barbara Cross; his parents, John Green and Denise Green; and his brother Zachary Green. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
