He was predeceased by: his father Lawerance Coutermarsh; his wife Barbara Frost; his children, Debbie, Kathy and LeRoy Jr.; and his granddaughter Julie.
He is survived by: his close friend Rose Gardner; his son James Coutermarsh; and his stepdaughter Marie Olsen. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren.
