She is survived by: her children, Joan Neily LeBretton of Enfield, NH, Matthew Rathbun, Dan Neily of Canaan, NH and Kenneth Neily Sr.; her wives, Tammy Neily of Enfield and Eileen of Newport; her great grandchild Over; and also, Clinton Neily, Virginia Rathbun and Wade Neily (Danielle) of Cornish.
