She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Fountain and Mary Fountain; her husbands, Earl Blackmore and Walter Youtt; her siblings, Wally and Evelyn; and her stepdaughters, Marion Southard and Inez Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Allard, Rick Blackmore, Judy Demary, Ginny Gould, Laura Labine, Linda Alexander, Lesa Knapp and Louise Clark. She is also survived by her numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
