He was predeceased by: his parents, John Q. Adams and Janice P. Adams (Slack); and his former wife Jane Madeja Adams. He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Adams Taplin (Tom); and his pet Lucia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, brothers and sister in law, and countless friends.
