He is survived by: his parents, Allen Ketchum and Suzanne Crowell (Stevens); his wife Heidi Ketchum (Renkert) of Bristol; his stepdaughters, Paige of Bristol, Quinn of Bristol and Reece of Bristol; his stepfather Bob Crowell; his brother Ross Ketchum (Caitlin) of Concord; and his nieces and nephews, Bailey, Elexa, Lily, Carter, Jacoby and Landin.
