He was predeceased by: his father Patrick McLaughlin of Bristol, N. H.; and his brother Jeffrey McLaughlin of Grafton, N. H.. He is survived by: his mother Millie Cavis (Tibbetts); his nephew Geoffrey McLaughlin; his niece Kammi Rochon; and his siblings, Sarah Bilodeau and George "Minot" Cavis. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
