He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund "Buster" Rowell and Janice Rowell. He is survived by: his wife Alice Anderson Rowell; his children, Krista Mae Rowell and Shawn Edmund Rowell, Jr.; and his siblings, Scott Rowell and Susan Montminy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bradford Community Church (88 W Main St, Bradford, NH 03221).
