It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Thurber of Boscawen, New Hampshire, born in Plainfield, Vermont, who passed away on June 2, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Bartlett and Violet Bartlett (Rushlow); her husband John L. Thurber; her siblings, Wilma Griffith, June Pike and Jerrold Bartlett; and her great grandchild Max Chiari.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Buskey (Bill) of Claremont, NH, Sharon Sanborn (Dave) of Webster, NH, Alan Thurber of Franklin, NH, Lee Thurber (Patricia) of Sutton, NH and Lyndon Thurber. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers any donations in Ruth's memory be made to the Alzheimer's Association (http://www.alz.org) or a Hospice program of your choice.
