He was predeceased by: his father Paul Joseph McGrath, Sr.; his brother Michael Francis McGrath; and his mother Ann T. McGrath. He is survived by: his close friend Karole Maria Maidhof of Manchester; his sisters, Laurie Ann Kingston (Gerald William Kingston), Kelly J. Boltas (Michael Boltas) of Peabody, Massachusetts and Kerry J. Favazza of Gloucester, Massachusetts.; and his sons, Michael Albert McGrath, Paul Joseph McGrath III and Patrick Anthony McGrath. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and many, many friends.
