He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. John B. Phillips and Mae Claire Phillips; and his brother Robert Phillips. He is survived by: his sister Donna Eberhart-Phillips; his brother-in-law Jason Eberhart-Phillips of New Zealand; his nephews, Paul Eberhart-Phillips of New Zealand and Luke Eberhart-Hertel of Germany; his sister Laura McIntosh of Bridgeport, CT; and his nephew Guy McIntosh of Poland.
