He was predeceased by: his son Robert Parnell; and his sister Barbara Parnell. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Parnell; his sons, Kenny Parnell, Randy Parnell, Danny Parnell and Peter Parnell; and his brother Donald Parnell. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations to the NH Food Bank in Kenneth's name would be appreciated.
