He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas McLaughlin and Otera McLaughlin (Wheeler). He is survived by: his wife Barbara McLaughlin (Whitney); and his children, James McLaughlin, Lynda McLaughlin, Joanne Jean and Margaret McLaughlin. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, more than 35 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
