He was predeceased by: his father Robert Polasko. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Porter (McMonigle); his children, Lindsay Polasko (Corey Jenna), Jonathan Polasko and Shawn Polasko (Grace); his grandchildren, Alex, Bently and Aidynn; and his brothers, Donald Polasko and Robert Polasko (Debra).
The military honors was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery (110 Daniel Webster Hwy, Boscawen, NH 03303).
