He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennie Mae Longval and Fred Mansfield High; and his siblings, Jane Bailey and Bruce High. He is survived by: his wife Raelene High (Duval); his children, Melissa Boulanger Fred W. (David), High Jr. (Julie Dowler), Robin LeBlanc (Craig Griffin), Timothy High (Dawn), Cameron High (James Place) and Mickayla High (Greg Cowan); his grandchildren, Vanessa High, Tonya Boulanger, Megan Rollins, Alicia LeBlanc, Skye Fletcher, Scott Maynard, Katrina Lajoie, Kylee High, Maddie Mallahan, Gage Klint, Noah Cowan, Amber Dowler and Ashley Dowler; his great grandchildren, Airyana High, Ryan Holt, Kingsley Wajda and Chase Bell; and his sisters, Donna Piestrip and Dixie Hagget.
