She was predeceased by: her siblings, Billie Bruckert (Scott), Mickey Carpenter (Scott), William Scott and Edward Scott. She is survived by: her parents, William Scott and Sadie Scott (Lundquist); her spouse Mauritz C. Sterner Jr.; her children, Mauritz C. "Skip" Sterner III of Poynette, Wisc., William T. Sterner of Laconia and Kathryn F. Chateauneuf of Sanbornton; and her grandsons, Timothy S. Sterner of Madison and Andrew J. Sterner of Oceanside.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the , 166 S. River Road, Bedford, N.H. 03110 or Pope Memorial SPCA, 94 Silk Farm Road, Concord, N.H. 03301.
