He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Higgins and Shirley Higgins (Fife); and his brother Raymond "Scott" Higgins. He is survived by: his close friend Ruby Matott of Boscawen; his stepson Jay Spooner; and his siblings, Wes Higgins of Pittsfield, Donald Higgins of Boscawen, Dennis Higgins of Pittsfield and Marjorie White of Laconia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
