He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Charlotte Black (Proctor). He is survived by: his wife Celia M. Black (Tischler); his daughters, Kelli Riggs (Jeff Riggs) of Bow, NH and Robyn Leppard (Craige Leppard) of Concord, NH; his grandchildren, Camryn Marquis, Ryleigh Riggs, Nicholas Marquis and Ryder Riggs; and his siblings, Mary Sieber of Molina, CO and Dana Black of Mesa, CO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
