He was predeceased by: his siblings, Debra Leahy and Robert J. Whitney. He is survived by: his parents, Frederick Billings and Irene Low (Beard); his children, Jody B. Low and Wilma Low of Bethlehem; his grandchildren, David Young, Scott Young, Deborah O'Hearn, Jody Low, Shelley Luna and Laura Hosler; and also David Low.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Whitefield Christian Church.
