He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Lavoie and Cecile Lavoie; his son Thomas; and his siblings, Joseph, Helene, Robert and Charles.
He is survived by: his wife Florence Jane; his siblings, Jeanette Enderson and Maurice Lavoie; his children, Daniel Lavoie (Robin) and Ellen Lavoie Smith (Andrew); his grandchildren, Sarah Patin (Nick), Asa and Sam Smith; and his great grandchild Reese Patin. He is also survived by seven children.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to one of two charities: the Sugar Hill Retirement Community's gardening fund or Saint Katherine of Drexel Catholic Church, Alton, NH; Charity Account.
