He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Samuel Valley and Marie Valley (Marois); his wife Priscilla Lepage; his daughters, Anne-Marie (John McKenna) and Joanne (Robert Pallas); his grandchildren, Brandon McKenna (Burcin), Brittany Dickson (James), Spencer Pallas (Sarah) and Samuel Pallas; his great grandchildren, Priscilla Dickson, Koral McKenna and Mira McKenna; his sisters, Ruth St. Germain and Alice Lessard of Gorham, NH.; and his sister-in-law Doris Stuart (William). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
