He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche Lafond (Lacroix) and Napoleon McNeil; his wife Susan McNeil (Arsenault); his son Gary Richard McNeil; his sister Annette Perry; his stepfather Oliver Lafond; and his parents-in-law, Delphis and Lorraine Arsenault.
He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Delafontaine (Raymond) of Berlin, NH; his grandchildren, Kayla MacArthur (Andrew) of Berlin and Kyle Delafontaine; his great grandchildren, Braecyn Delafontaine and Alexander MacArthur; his siblings, Evelyn Guay and Henry McNeil of Berlin; and his sister-in-law Lorna Roy of Berlin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
