He is survived by: his parents, Alfred Poirier and Grace Poirier (Jacques); his wife Doris Poirier (Gagnon) of Berlin; his sons, David Poirier (Stacy) and Steven Poirier (Amy); his grandchildren, Ryan Poirier (Jenn), Kara Poirier, Adam Young, Lacey Poirier, Troy Lacroix, Joshua Lavoie (Heather), Dana Lavoie, Amanda Pike, Zachary Gosselin (Paige) and Alex Gosselin; and his brothers, Rudolph Poirier and Ronald Poirier. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
