He is survived by: his wife Denise Ouellet (Cate) of Berlin, NH; and his brothers, Gary Ouellet (Janet) of Dummer, NH, Carl Ouellet (Jennifer) of Berlin, Marc Ouellet (Jayme) of Hooksett, NH and Robert Ouellet of Errol, NH.
