She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis D. O'Keefe; her parents, George and Gilberte McCarthy (Cote); and her siblings, Richard McCarthy of Billerica and Joanne O'Keefe of Chelmsford.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher O'Keefe (Elisa) of Hanson and Kathleen Rizza (Thomas) of Fulshear, TX; her grandchildren, Ashleigh Rose O'Keefe, Matthew and Olivia Rizza; and her siblings, George McCarthy (Maureen) of Saugus, Eileen Beals, Susan DeLeo and Linda McCarthy of Winchester.
