He was predeceased by: his mother MaryLou Eafrati Demers; and his grandparents, Antoinette, Louis Demers, Emma and Nadell Eafrati.
He is survived by: his wife Shannon; his father Norman; his brother Bill (Lucie); his nephew Nathan (Heather); his niece Kayla; his sister Deb (Michael); his nephews, Jeremy and Jonathan (Jennifer); his great-niece Katheryn; his great-nephew Rick (Linda); and his brothers, Josh (Kim), Jeremy (Claudia) and Eric (Ashley). He is also survived by his nephews along with numerous other relatives and friends.
Per the family's request in lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
