He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Earl Wayne and Katherine Mary Hodgdon (Stevens); his sons, Jeff Hodgdon (Debbie) of Berlin, NH and Mark Hodgdon of Berlin, NH; his grandchildren, Sydney Hodgdon and Adam Hodgdon; and his siblings, Russell "Casey" Hodgdon and Earl Hodgdon, Jr..
