He is survived by: his significant other Janet Godin of Berlin, NH; his children, Denis Poulin (Tammy) of Orange, TX, Diane Duchesne (Phil) of Berlin, NH, Kenneth Poulin (Sandy Rheault) of Berlin, NH, Michele Lamphere (George) of Milan, NH and Brian Poulin (Kim) of Berlin, NH; and his siblings, Jules Poulin of Berlin, NH, Richard Poulin of Berlin, NH, Paul Poulin of Berlin, NH, Paulette Pratte of Berlin, NH and Danielle Lafrance of Anchorage, Alaska. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
