He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Y. Theriault and Arthur Theriault (Pete). He is survived by: his son Jesse Theriault (Alex Washburn) of Limerick, ME; his sister Ann Halvorsen; his brother-in-law Steve Halvorsen of Ocala; his sister Elaine Mainguy (Scott Somerhalder) of Roanoke Rapids, NC.; and his nephews, Brian Halvosen and Mike Mainguy (Kim).
