He was predeceased by: his mother Claudette James (Fortin). He is survived by: his siblings, Nicole Hawkins of Gorham, NH and Steve Dahms; his nieces and nephews, Remy Dahms, Eric Roy (Amanda), Abby Dahms and Yvette Roy; his aunts, Anita Dupont and Nancy Fortin; and his uncle Richard Fortin.
