She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Caroli Walz; her siblings, Earl Liggett, Duwaine Liggett, Eugene Liggett, Maurice Liggett, Genevieve Rumple and Lucy Mallory; and her parents, Burnice Liggett and Vera Leona Steele Liggett.
She is survived by: her children, Philip Liggett Walz, Jeanne Walz Gorham, Michael Adolf Walz and Caroline Steele Carlson; and her sister Kathryn Sue Huddleston. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
