She was predeceased by: her mother Marjorie Nielsen (Eaves); her stepfather Elden Nielsen; and her father James McCarthy. She is survived by: her sisters, Kathy Fiske (Tim) of Temple, NH and Rebekkah McCarthy (Bob Kelly) of Richmond, NH.; her aunts, Betty Nutting of West Suffield, CT and Mary Lawler of Jaffrey, NH; and her nieces and nephews, Arianah Vanni Blanchard, Meg Vanni Dragon, Tarali Kelly Wolfe, Gregory, Jeremy and Benjamin Fiske. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews, and several cousins.
Gena would be thankful for donations made in her name to the Monadnock Humane Society or any other organization with the similar mission of supporting animals.
