He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Ennis and Patricia Ennis (Gebhardt); his sisters, Jessica Ennis of Hancock and Cailin Ennis of Los Angeles, CA; and his nephew Sidney Trahan. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jason's name to benefit the group home where he lived and was loved.
