He was predeceased by: his sister Shirley Patow Shainholtz; and his half-brother Tom Clark. He is survived by: his wife Leona Hotin of Peterborough; his stepchildren, David Hotin (Stephanie), Susan Renard (Jeff), Daniel Hotin (Dottie), Edward Hotin and Lisa Mathews (Hotin); and also Linda Snyder of Las Vegas.
