He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Moulton (Brown); his daughters, Billie-Jo Sweeney and Shouleen Tsantoulis; his grandchildren, Tia, CJ, Patrick and Devon; and his siblings, David Karr, Janice, Rosalie, Tammy, Rhonda and Jackie.
