He is survived by: his children, Donna Cilley-Lewandoski (Mark Lewandoski) of Belmont, William Duggan, Jr. (Tracey) of Belmont and Brenda Duggan (James Bassett) of Belmont; his grandchildren, James Cilley, Joseph Cilley (Kristen), Kelly Crowley, David Plummer, Brian Duggan, Christopher Duggan, Matt King and Emily Drouin; and his great grandchildren, Hannah Cilley, Mathew Cilley, Greyson Cilley and Nora Rose Cilley.
