He is survived by: his siblings, Debby Bourdeau, Ronald Dame (Sheila), Richard Turcotte (Angie) and Troy Turcotte (Bobby Jo); his children, Juanita Berg, Tina Gilbert (Art), Gary Berg Jr., Christopher Dame Sr. (Louise) and Kristy Dame; his grandchildren, Phillip, Rusty, Theresa, Alyssa, Amanda, Hope, Jacob, Ryan, Kelly, Christopher Jr., Brady and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, Jayden, Aubrey and Layla; and his pet Sophie. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
His passing comes from a broken heart after losing his wife Theresa in March to COVID and a long battle with lung disease.
