He is survived by: his wife Alyce Jewell (Akerstrom); his children, Kim Edgren, Jennifer Sottak (Brett) and Richard J. "Rick" Jewell (Kristie); and his grandchildren, Chloe Sottak, Nate Sottak, Molly Sottak, Micah Edgren, Kaden Jewell, Jada Edgren, Alyssa Edgren, Quinn Jewell, Rebekah Edgren, Brady Jewell and Christian Edgren. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
