She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley Steele and Homer Grey Sargent (Anna May); her husband Lonnie Bruce Bridges; and her son Christopher William Bridges. She is survived by: her sons, David Bridges (Lisa Carignan) and Jeff Bridges (Gay) of Reston, VA; and her siblings, Gale Sowers, Jimmy Sargent and Eddie Sargent. She is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
