He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Cloutier and Olive Magoon; and his adoptive sons, Scott Cloutier, David Cloutier and Michael Cloutier.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley (Gagne); his children, Steven Cloutier of Concord, NH and Toni Cloutier of San Antonio, TX; and his stepchildren, Keith Olewine of Temple, NH and Stephanie Broome of Franklin, NH. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
