We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2021, at the age of 77, Annette Collins of Belmont, New Hampshire, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Keller and Sophie Keller (Yablonsky); her husband Richard G. Collins; her sister Jeanne Bjoring; and her grandson Francis Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne R. Collins of Laconia, Keith F. Collins of Laconia, Colleen L. Collins of Corning, NY and Kristin Collins-Breyfogle (Jonathan) of Westlake, OH; her sister Marcia Chadsey (Jim); her grandchildren, Louise, Crystal, Zach, Tyler, Patrick, Kelly, Skylar, Annie and Susie; and her great grandchildren, Chloe, Autumn, Gabe, Lundin and Viera.
Adhering to the guidelines of the State of New Hampshire and the CDC, social distancing is strongly encouraged and face coverings will be required.
