He was predeceased by: his parents, Friedrich Niebel and Hilda Niebel (Weber); and his brothers, Reinhold and Friedrich Niebel. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (Tegmier) of Bedford; his children, Werner E. Niebel (Heather) of Hollis, Krissi E. Mearls (Daniel) of Windham and Kurt P. Niebel (Julie) of Bedford; and his grandchildren, Emma, Isabelle Mearls of Windham, Lily, Erik and Stevie Niebel of Hollis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
